For over a decade, our downstairs leaked every time it rained. No one could figure it out, and it kept getting worse—until part of the dining room ceiling finally collapsed from all the water.
It was incredibly traumatizing, but Shai and his crew came to the rescue.
They did water testing and found the real sources: several problem spots on the upper deck and a small hole near the scupper on the side of the roof. They patched the issue right away — and overnight — the house was in much better shape.”
